	“Whiskey Painters of America” painting by, Luke Buck Transparent watercolor painted on Arches 140 lb CP paper using “Bacardi Superior Rum" as a vehicle. By the time winter is nearing it’s end, most of us are anxious to see the “new life” that springtime presents. I know it is my wife’s favorite time of year. This little scene from Brown County Indiana kind’a says it all, “Ah Springtime at last”. It made a great miniature painting subject with the WPA technique.
